Other benefits include:  cardiovascular health, strength training, deepening flexibility, developing more balance and endurance, along with breathing, relaxation, and mental focus.  All are welcome, including beginners, as each student is guided to the most appropriate level of practice.  There are variations for every individual.

Instructor:   Clare Seng, LMT, (MA# 77229), RYT 200.  Clare has been practicing yoga for 15 years and would like to share her experience.
